How long will it take to get my order ?

Here at Dorilou, we make everything upon order to avoid waste of resources and beautiful clothes ending up in the landfills. Once you place an order, please allow us between 5 to 15 working days to proceed to delivery depending on the complexity of the item.

What are the shipping methods, costs and delivery times ? 

When you place an order, you'll be able to choose between the regular post with or without tracking or Mondial Relay. The shipping fee will depend on where you're located and the weight of the package, which will adapt once you'll proceed to checkout. Once your beautiful item is ready to be shipped, delivery time is approx. 5 working days. You can always track your order with the confirmation email you receive once you place an order.

Where are the products made ?

Since the launch of the brand, even everyone was laughing at us to make a choice not oriented on huge profit, it was important to keep everything local. So all items are made in Belgium, in a family size atelier where we know everyone by name and where each person gets a fair wage. This way, we ensure a totally ethical production and we also reduce drastically our CO² emissions.

How can I make sure the item will fit me ?

Next to each item, you'll find a "size guide" tab where you can see approximate international sizing references for guidance and also how to convert your own measurements in cm or in inches to our sizes. If you're unsure about your size, because each body is unique, we'll be more than happy to make something perfect for you, add a note to your order with your measurements (bust, waist, hips) or just write us directly at : info@dorilou.com

Can I return my order?

Of course, you have up to 14 calendar days to return your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition with hangtags. All returns are free, you'll get a return shipping label inside the box of your order. Make sure to keep a proof of the return shipment, and once we get the item(s) back, we'll proceed to the exchange or the refund of your order. In the meantime, we'd love to avoid return procedures for environmental reasons, so feel free to write us if you'd like to try the item beforehand or place a custom order at : info@dorilou.com
